The management at this location is horrible. They should be fired for the customer service they gave my Latino bi-polar Son out for his birthday with his Trans friend. If I could give a -10 I would. As a family whom owns multiple Mexican Restaurants, a Tortilla factory and others. Our corporation is about Customer Service first. Without our customers we wouldn 't be as big as we are. I 'm deeply saddened by the way my son and his friend were treated at one of our favorite eateries. I feel he was racial profiled after the his friends meal was served in two halfs because it was brought out cold. They almost walked out when the rest of the meal was coming out. Visited here to have dinner with family. Place was very busy, as they should be when they provide good food, but we were sat in a timely manner. The service was great. We had a drink order within minutes of sitting and our food didn't take long to be brought out for the 7 in our group. We had several servers check up on is which was nice. Overall a great time dining here.
Our table was too close to another table of people. But over all it was nice being only three times I have been there. I didn't care for the mayonnaise dressing they had on the sandwich I got.
Food pricey and luncheon specials doesn't taste well especially the almond chicken salad. No flavor. Panera bread way better Book a table now
It's usually very busyBut I guess on a Wednesday we were lucky. But always make a reservation just in case.
The food was mid, didn't have a lot of flavor would have been better off with going to Applebee's
