I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at this Cheesecake Factory location, and here’s why. The atmosphere was nice, and our waiter was friendly when taking our order and serving our drinks. However, the most significant issue was the one hour and ten minute wait for our food after being seated. Even though our server apologized for the delay, I find that such a long wait is unacceptable. We ordered the chicken Marsala, salmon, and Chicken Parm Pizza Style. To be honest, we could only eat about half of our meals because the extended wait had dampened our appetite and overall dining experience. The margherita flatbread was simple yet utterly addictive. The beet salad stole the show; it received rave reviews from everyone. My favorite dish was the chicken potstickers, which were cooked to perfection and paired with a tangy soy sauce. The shrimp scampi was prepared in the classic style, and my nieces adored the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, although I didn’t have a chance to sample it myself.

This is one of my favorite places for dinner. The service is outstanding, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. I particularly enjoy the avocado egg rolls. I tried the chicken Madeira but substituted it with salmon, and it was amazing! I also had the Cinnabon cheesecake, and I would definitely order it again!

The Cheesecake Factory is one of the top dining spots in North America! I enjoyed every dish I sampled from their extensive menu. Each item has a distinct flavor, including the drinks, but the standout for me was definitely the cheese!
The food was fantastic! They were efficient in getting our orders out. It was quite busy, but the service was excellent overall. They also have outdoor heaters to keep you warm. I highly recommend this place!
