I waited an hour and 19 minutes for my takeout order. When I finally received my Shrimp Scampi, it was only lukewarm. The manager, Brian, was fine, but Genesis at the register used profanity and didn't text me to let me know my order was ready. If I hadn't gone inside to check, I would still be waiting. Two other customers had their orders messed up as well, and they mentioned the restaurant was short-staffed. On the positive side, the place was clean inside. My friend and I ordered takeout and were really disappointed with our meal. I ordered the carbonara with added chicken, but it only had about six small diced pieces, barely taking up a third of the container. My friend had the chicken Alfredo pasta, and he experienced the same issue. At $27 per entree, I expected larger portions, especially since I paid an extra $6 for the chicken. The food was really enjoyable! We had an abundance of mashed potatoes, but the meat was seasoned perfectly. The sauces paired nicely with the meal as well! Our server was outstanding—very patient and attentive. However, the lighting at our table was a bit too dim. As you can see in the photos, only one section of the table had significantly better lighting than the others. I also anticipated the cheesecake would be served upright, but that wasn’t the case. At least it tasted great! All in all, I would give it a rating of 4 out of 5.

I hadn't visited The Cheesecake Factory in years, but the food and menu were just as I remembered! The atmosphere was lovely, the menu was extensive, and the service was outstanding. I tried the Farfalle with Chicken Pancetta and Mushrooms, and it was fantastic. It was a challenge to set aside half of my meal for lunch tomorrow because it was so tasty. I also found some space to indulge in a slice of Oreo cheesecake, and it was absolutely worth it! It was a wonderful evening out! I highly recommend it.
The service was somewhat slow, probably because the restaurant was quite busy. Unfortunately, I felt that the food didn't justify the prices they charge. The slice of cheesecake, in particular, was overpriced—it's actually more economical to purchase the whole cake, which costs half as much. Additionally, I recommend wrapping the utensils in paper; having the menu resting on my fork didn't look appealing, especially since many people have handled it.
My experience was just mediocre. Many of my favorite dishes have either changed or are no longer available. The portion sizes have shrunk, and perhaps it's time to consider downsizing the plates so they don’t appear so empty. The herb-crusted salmon seemed like it was overcooked and the herbs looked like they were just stuck on. It was quite unappealing; my friend even suggested they would have preferred the dull side dish instead.
I visited this restaurant for my birthday dinner and had a lovely time. The food was delicious and served hot, but sadly, the meals arrived at different times, so we couldn't all enjoy our food together. It was quite dim inside, which meant we had to use our phone flashlights to make sure our food was cooked to our liking. Aside from that, our waitress was excellent, and overall, it was a positive experience.

I visited the restaurant over a busy Father's Day weekend and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service. It was my son's birthday, and the waiter made a special effort to ensure he felt celebrated. We ordered carne asada, fried mac and cheese, burger sliders, and a bacon cheeseburger, and everything was absolutely delicious!
The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but I found my Spaghetti Carbonara to be quite disappointing.
