The Chop Shop - Table reservation

It 's a Thursday night at 6pm and the place was dead. Drinks are served in solo cups and tou get plastic forks with your meal, which is ok, it just wasn 't expected. We ordered the Fried Cheese. It was heavy in grease. We asked what was in the steak quesadilla and was told only steak and cheese. It arrived also with sautéed peppers and onions. It was a Philly steak and cheese quesadilla. Not much of descriptions were under each menu option. I had the Blue Suede burger. It was good. The bottom of the roll was soaked with a mix of grease and burger juice. Looked forward to eating here! Unfortunately the service was a let down. The only time our waitress (Helena) saw us was to take our order. We had to ask a different waitress for the bill. The salad was good (we both ordered the taco salad) The pretzel- stay far away from this item. It was overcooked/hard and the queso didn't taste good. Paid $3 for a coke zero in a red solo cup with no refill.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to cleaning the restaurant. I asked about all the different characters and pictures and was informed that it was a collection built over the years. You could spend an hour watching them all. And the food was delicious. I highly recommend it. I had the Hawg and it was a double cheeseburger? It took me to dinner for a while!

Pros: Good burger. Friendly environment. Emily and Amanda were accommodating and professional members of the staff. Included is a keto-friendly version of the breakfast burger.

Bandito burger is amazing! Get the queso to dip your fries in. Classic burger is really good also.
