I have been out of town for a few weeks, so I wanted to take out my fiancé on a date night. We headed south stopped in Cartersville to grab some dinner located this restaurant upon arriving. It looked really nice presentation of the entrance, down to the celler was nice that hemisphere look laid-back, relaxing, we got seated quickly with no reservations which was sent to a good start. We order an appetizer and two drinks. The appetizer came out first looked super delicious, and our drinks came out shortly after so that got us all excited about the food as it looked really good. The pork belly appetizer was delicious no denying that the wine my fiancé had was OK and my Oaxaca drink not so goo...

I visited The City Cellar and Loft about five or six years ago and found it to be decent, although a bit pricey for the quality of the food. However, my recent visit tonight was a pleasant surprise. Despite initially being hesitant to return due to long wait times at other nearby restaurants, I was impressed by the friendly and prompt service, as well as the addition of new menu items. The food and cocktails were exceptional this time around, with dishes like slow-cooked lamb over sesame noodles and braised barbecue pork belly standing out as particularly outstanding. Although the meal was on the expensive side, the delicious flavors justified the cost. If you were previously underwhelmed by...
I had a great experience at this restaurant with some delicious food options, such as the amazing kale salad and sweet potato fries. The side veggies cooked in wine and the lack of greens in the salads were a bit disappointing for me, as I prefer a crispy flatbread instead of a doughy one. The service was excellent, although I was not offered the option of having blackened protein, which I heard is available from another server. Despite this, the grilled protein I had was really tasty. Overall, it was a enjoyable experience and I am happy we decided to go. I look forward to returning to try more of their menu options. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Ate here once 7-8 years ago and have thought about it ever since, but couldn’t remember the name of the restaurant OR the city it was in. All I remembered was that it was in a basement in a town off of I-75 between Chattanooga and Atlanta and that there were train tracks nearby So, naturally like the insane person I am, I followed the CSX railroad down from north GA and searched the restaurants in every town along the way lol. When I finally found it, I made my boyfriend drive us all the down from Chattanooga just for dinner because I promised it would be one of the best places ever (and it was). Our meal was delightful and the service was awesome. Book a table now
Great eatery. I ordered and enjoyed the buttermilk fried chicken entree. The ambiance is super chill, and I love the historical aspect and upkeep of the dining room. Wanted to find something new. It gave a speakeasy feel. The food was delish! I had the Peach Jalapeño Salmon and hubby had the Classic Burger. So good!!! Adding to my list of my go-to places in Carterville! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great place to visit on a trip! The food was absolutely amazing and is not something I say about many places. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food and the appetizers were also fantastic. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
