Very pleasantly surprised! Despite coming to Flamingoland for over 30 years, this was our first visit here. Being October half term weekend it was busy, so we sat in the “conservatory” which was still warm and welcoming despite the outside chill. The food and service were fantastic, prompt and friendly. Price is very similar to elsewhere on park but the quality is much better. We had Parmo, which was delicious, huge and very fresh, and both chicken and beef burgers, all were very much enjoyed. Good portion sizes, hot and tasty. We’ll definitely make this our first choice go-to for food when visiting again.
Terrible terrible terrible. I'm sat in the venue still awaiting a apology from the staff. No customer service at all. They avoid clearing the rubbish food left on the plates so they don't have to listen to any feedback. No check back on the tables and apparently the supervisor can't do anything because the manager isn't here and she's not authorised to refund customers. The supervisor's reply was that she's leaving Saturday because she dislikes her job so much ! Maybe need to look at the management if they can't trust the supervisor to deal with issues in the absence.
Was sent here on a recommendation and have to say we loved it the staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is quite simply amazing would recommend...
4 adults 3 kids and not one complaint form any of us food fantastic service amazing would give more stars if I could especialy as I got cake to take...
