The atmosphere was clean and inviting although I thought the restaurant was bigger. Lucky for us, there was only one other table occupied. Coal House Grill's quotes were heartfelt. First off the food was great, it always has been every time I have gone. We had family visiting and they wanted some good food so we thought to come here as we always have loved it here. I noticed they added some staff so we didn't see the owners thistime. My issue is no one brought us menus, water or came to take our order I had to call someone to do these things the newstaff didn't seem ready. Unfortunately, no one came to bring us menus, water, or take our order. I had to call someone over to assist us, and the new staff didn’t seem fully prepared. When our drinks finally arrived, they were delivered one at a time, with about a 5-minute wait in between each one. The same delay happened with the food, which took even longer to arrive. There were seven of us, so we waited patiently for everyone to be served.

We received excellent service during our visit, and I truly appreciated the attentiveness of the lovely lady who assisted us. I ordered three small dishes, while my friend chose the vegan chicken wings. Everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented! I’ll definitely return, hoping to enjoy the vegan wings again and try something new.
