There have been some times where they made my drinks really watered down or just really bitter when they are not supposed to be. I do have to say in the location it tends to be really cool so if your looking for a place to stop in while walking the streets of Burbank then this is a good spot. My wife and I got refreshing drinks here. She got the Vietnamese cold brew. Meanwhile I got the peach Jasmine tea. For me personally, the drink was too sweet, and in the future I?ll ask for less sugar/syrup/flavouring so I can enjoy the jasmine flavour more along with less ice. Friendly staff and a nice environment. I noticed that there are many other drinks here that I?d like to try next time I come.

Love Coming Here! I get greeted with a smile and they take the time to listen cuz when I order it?s like a new item/ drink lol. The employees are friendly and don?t give attitude. One of my favorite spots to go get drinks. You should go!

Caramel Coffee was good but the blueberry muffin and croissants weren?t fresh and taste wasn?t good atall. I guess they keep the old food from yesterday. didn?t expect that from coffee bean.
