A great little place to stop by and sit down to enjoy the moment, or take your drink to go and start your day. They have seating options both indoors and outdoors which is great. Whatever you're in the mood for they have you covered in both seating arrangements and drinks. Their menu has everything from specialty coffee drinks, espresso, pastries, paninis, to craft beer. The staff was very helpful and friendly when I asked for suggestions. I ended up getting the Cafe con Leche with Oat milk and the Genoa Countryside Panini, both were delicious. It was a great little break from walking through Savannah.
Had a cappuccino and the Mexican Mocha. The Mocha was very good but with a heck of a kick. The cappuccino was not the best. The milk was done perfectly and I think the espresso was fine, not bitter or burnt. The problem was it just got lost in the milk which left a very bland drink, much like a latte. Maybe the roast was a tad too light but also the extra 2oz of milk didn't help (they serve it as a 8oz drink). Still 4 stars because I think it's a quality shop. If I go back I would get the cortado for sure.
In the morning I walked on the streets of Savannah and wanted a quick coffee around me. I was looking around and decided to have coffee at the coffee fox. It is a small café with an amazing atmosphere, authentic coffee house with a beautiful decor. They give fresh brewed coffee and after searching through the menu I decided to order Mexican mocha. I got my coffee in 10 minutes. The coffee was hot and freshly brewed. Loved the café and the vibes of the café.
This place was soooo good! The horchata latte make me walk a mile to get it several times on my weekend trip to Savannah, and it is enough for me to plan another holiday. I don't know how they did it. I'm going to cafés all over the country, and that's one of the best coffee I've ever had. It's incredible! I'm back for more coffee!
