Nice little out of the way café for people that need a special dietary meal, why? Because they oblige and listen to what you have to say. Have been going to this little café for about three years now nearly every week. It is handy to call in while doing the grocery shopping. Plenty of Parking too. Food is home made, so they know what the ingredients are in the dish, they make the best BLTs there and I have travelled all over Australia and still find this BLT the best. Friendly staff and are always happy to listen. They also sell little gifts. Located INSIDE the shopping centre not outside the centre. Clean Toilets is another excellent thing at this shopping centre.
Staff are aways so friendly and attentive. You order at the counter and pay. The food is delicious. I love the fact that if you order herbal teas , they service it to you in country tea pot and tea cup. How Special. Let me share, how special this place is to me, I have been going for along time with my mother who has dementia, it 's our go place, and she enjoys going, and remembers all the time, we have a favorite booth. Christmas 2022, Santa came, and sat next to clients for a photo, including my mum. It will be my Go Place, even when she is not here anymore. Its such a Beautiful Place.
I have visited this cafe a few times when in the area. The food is fantastic and the coffee is decent. However, there is an elderly lady working there who does not smile and takes a long time to acknowledge customers. It seems like she does not want to be there. As someone in the hospitality industry for 35 years, I believe it is important to greet customers as soon as they walk in, even with a simple "good morning" or eye contact and a smile. This small gesture can make a big difference in whether a customer will return. She could use a lesson in common courtesy.
The staff at this restaurant are very impolite and indifferent. I waited for 5 minutes to be served on the takeaway side, but they prioritized serving the dine-in customers first because they can make more money. Then, they audaciously told me that I only needed to ring the bell once. I will not be returning anytime soon.

In the area around lunch time so popped in for a light lunch.Had a pot of tea served in beautiful old fashioned cups and nachos.Delightful yummy meal.Menu very extensive and reasonably priced. Place very busy on a Sunday so signs that all is good.Decor with old fashioned cushions and crockery.
I have only been here a few times but find that for a small café there is a lot of staff and from ordering to receiving order is quite fast. Prices are reasonable and came up to my fussy standards.There needs to be more smiles by staff though they all looked a bit stressed to me.
A great local find! Coffee was good. Food was hot and delicious. You could tell a lot of the items are home made. The menu was reasonably priced. Staff were helpful and attentive to my elderly mother. Look forward to returning. Would recommend
I frequently visit this cafe for lunch with my parents. They really enjoy the cozy, tranquil atmosphere of this unique little spot. While it can get crowded at times, the food is delicious and the coffee is consistently hot and flavorful.

This café has a good range of hot and cold food, friendly staff and a good amount of seating. Prices are good. It draws a lot of older clientele but don't let that pit you off.
Taking my 3 yr old grandie out for the day we needed lunch and found here. A good choice of food and family friendly.
