What a fantastic evening! Eight of us had dinner here on 4 November for my 70th birthday. The food, service and ambience were all first class. Not a single complaint from anyone, which is very unusual for us! Every member of staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the chef even took time out to come and speak to me. The balloons and cake, which my sisters had provided, were presented beautifully. Thank you so much for helping to make my birthday so special.
The staff team at this restaurant is extremely friendly and attentive. The food was good, but the atmosphere is not very intimate as it is quite open. There are some delicious options on the menu, but they are only available with pre-order. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this at the time of booking, which was disappointing. It seems like these options are not commonly ordered at the restaurant.
We stumbled upon a gem during our weekend getaway! The restaurant was charming and the staff were friendly and attentive, despite being busy with large groups. The food was delicious and they had a fantastic wine selection. Be sure to make a reservation as it's a popular spot.
In my opinion, this restaurant surpasses the luxury 5-star hotel and spa where we were staying locally. It is definitely worth a visit. I recommend booking in advance.
