We have been going to the Copper Pan since it started and loved the coffee, cakes but especially the chicken schnitzel filled baguette. Unfortunately last time we were there, beginning of april there was a clear change, all the waitresses were new and most important the baguette was not good. They did not toast it, the chicken piece was small and lacking seasoning. my husband had the pho soup and it was tasteless.
You know you really start to trust an establishment, even set up a weekly ritual there, get to know the staff and thoroughly enjoy my visits and then out of know where they break my heart. My favourite staff members have left or are leaving and i now feel personally attacked by a 50 cent price increase on coffees. This is not how you treat loyalty. :'(
Come here often for their great coffee, and have also had lunch here before. Our family had breakfast here and the service is always great, staff always cheerful and courteous. The menu is quite extensive with lots of good options, the serving sizes are good and the food is fresh and tasty.

The Copperpan is always busy and tables full, not a surprise as whether your are there for tea and coffee with a savoury or sweep delight to go with or a more substantial breakfast or light lunch the service is great and the food flavoursome.
Busy of course on Fathers Day but still managed to get a table. Efficient service from the staff. Meals, hot, tasty and eaten with gusto. Good coffee. Grand daughter said it was the best hot chocolate she had drunk.
Friendly and efficient staff, a good variety of fresh and tasty savoury food and delightful sweet items. As a local and regular visitor to this cafe I have not been disappointed.
