I went to this restaurant for a drink at 7pm on a Saturday. The bouncer asked for our ID, even though we are 28 years old. He just stared at us without saying anything. I won't be returning. When I was a student at 18, I never used to be asked for ID. Thought they would want customers on a rainy evening, but oh well!
The restaurant offers affordable prices for delicious cocktails and draft beer. The vibe is great, especially when sitting outside. The cocktails are amazing and only cost £2.60. You can order at the bar or use the QR code on your table for table service.
Proper student place. Very cheap drinks. Average food prices. Large outdoor seating area. Great for sports watching. TVs everywhere. Toilets leave a lot to be desired. But overall great cheap drinking place. (Being a student not required)
My hotel is located above The Courtyard. I attempted to enter last night with friends but was denied entry due to the type of ID I had. Just a heads up for those with Citizens Cards, unfortunately you will not be allowed in. Book a table now

About 15 years ago, I most likely would have enjoyed this restaurant. It gives off a very student-friendly vibe, with its dark and loud atmosphere filled with students! There is a large crowd.
Come in here pretty much every night and is always a 10 on service, drinks and experience. Will always be first to recommend to friends, great music and great place altogether!
