The reason we had dinner at the Crab Cooker in Tustin is we didn't have to drive to Newport. Our dinner was excellent albeit the portions were quite a bit smaller and the prices were higher--but the bowls of Clam Chowder, the Combination Shrimp and Crab Cocktail, and the Combination Plates, were delicious, as were the coleslaw and Romano mashed potatoes. We will be back soon--thank you Tustin Crab Cooker for an excellent meal
I've been going to the crab cooker since 1971. So has my whole family. It's our favorite restaurant anywhere!. Yesterday was smoked mussels, scallops and shrimp with a 1/4 lb. Of fresh crab meat to take home.
Very best smoked fish! been going here for 45 years. The clam chowder is red and a must have. has gotten a bit pricey over the years but the Blue plate special is still a deal. go at least once!

The lobster was amazing and the combination skewers were very good! I highly recommend the lemon cheesecake dessert!
Good food. I love the little fish market the best. Go in and pick up shrimp and smoke salmon every chance I get.
