Sonji was my waitress and she is excellent! My food was delicious. Had the pork tenderloin dinner and a drink which was enjoyable. My husband and I met friends to play on the water at Pomme De Terre; so we stopped at The Crappie Hole. If you want some amazing comfort food, this is your place! The fried mushroom and green beans were amazing, I had the French Dip, and the roast beef was lean, tender, and moist, the bun was perfectly toasted, so even when you dipped in the au jus, you got that perfect crisp bite. The waitress was pretty good,but acted like we were holding her up from something else and I ordered the Ruben sandwich and asked to have extra Swiss cheese and saurkrurat and they scared the Swiss cheese away,lol Parking: It's a gravel parking lot and they don't have handicap parking that I saw,so my old roommate that I went with just parked in the grass close to back door.
My sister and I had a delightful late lunch today. The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic! The fried mushrooms were to die for, and the Dam burger was amazing. We will definitely return! Parking is convenient, and the ambiance during the day is nice, with a "Local Tavern" vibe perfect for a relaxing evening.

We dined here two nights while attending the drag boat races at Lucas Speedway. The food was outstanding, and Sonya and Kristen provided exceptional service! The tenderloin was fantastic! We're already looking forward to our next visit!
The food and service is as great as always. The onion straws (onion ring strips) are delicious, especially dipped in their rance dip. Always great service. Parking: Plenty of room for truck pulling a boat.
Prime Rib special was great. Loved the crab Rangoon appetizer. Raspberry margarita special was good but just a tad too sweet. Waitress was spectacular and handled our group with ease.
Excellent service and delicious food! While the presence of smokers is a bit off-putting, the quality of the food and service more than makes up for it.
