Arrived for Sunday lunch. We were shown to a table next to the carvery which was like eating in a canteen. Although our booking was for 3:15PM. We were still waiting 30 minutes later. The person looking after us just kept saying he would let us know when we could go up for the carvery, even though two chefs were standing at the hot plate doing nothing. Wasn’t enjoying the atmosphere so we left.
Just had a Sunday carvery 04/08/24 with the family, 6 adults 3 children under 5. Everyone commented on how good the food was plenty of it. We squeezed in a dessert each that was delicious too, presentation was good the staff were very helpful. Considering it was a busy day the waiting staff were approachable, 10/10. Definitely go again.
