We have been using Crystal Inn for 25yrs every meal we have had in the Restaurant have been extra special, mainly because of the staff family members that look after you like we were family members. Now the Food, well every meal in the Restaurant or Takeaway has been absolutely top class, cannot fault anything, thankyou for being there.
Four of us visited on a Saturday night and had a great experience. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu, the food was great and varied. We were not rushed at any point and the food came out at a steady pace which allowed us to have a very relaxed evening.
Only been in Spalding for a year and this was only our fourth visit (because it's the nearest to home). Yet again the food was dry, bland and almost cold (I waited in the shop, it wasn't delivered). Certainly won't be visiting again
Went here 27/11/21 table booked for 8 food was good when it arrived but service was appalling waited 3 hours for mains and came out different times, so didn’t eat together
