This was my first time trying The Daily Grind and I'm really happy that I did. When I arrived I was a little concerned because it was very busy, as most restaurants in Albuquerque are on a Sunday morning. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't need to wait for a table. They have a super cute patio that is rather large and well landscaped. They have a lot of shade sails all around to keep the patio cool and out of the direct sun. The atmosphere was really pleasant. I waited for a few minutes for the hostess as they were very busy but I waited less than five minutes. My companion arrived and we were immediately seated. Not surprisingly, I opted for the carne adovada breakfast burrito...

Ask to sit in Elijah's section he'll give you great service. Unfortunately we were sat in a different section, and this was the worst experience for us yet. Our server, Gibbon, was slow from the get go. The host, Matt, brought our drinks and then it took about 15 20 minutes for Gibbon to take our order. We asked for two drip coffees and ended up going to the counter to ask abo it them. When he dropped them off he said it took a while because the internet was down. We had to scratch our heads because it doesn't require internet to pour drip coffee. It took about 30 mins for an order of French toast and Huevos ranchos to arrive at the table but we were missing our sausage for my Huevos and my...

I have been here a few times since my first visit. Overall, the food quality and the ambiance of the place deserve high marks. Sometimes, however, service lags a bit. Today, for example, I went alone for a quick brekkie. I seated myself, (was confused about the basket with utensils by the door) grabbed utensils, and took a seat. The greeter came with water and a menu. I told him I knew what I wanted so he took my order, while explaining he was the greeter not a server. I waited about 10 minutes for my plate of food. The eggs were warm not hot, the potatoes were a bit undercooked and not hot, the 2 pieces of bacon were done, but not hot. The english muffin you know it was not hot. I don 't kn...

We were in town for a few days and The Daily Grind was recommended. What a find!!! The food was absolutely fabulous!!! Over a 4 day trip we had several items from the menu. Everything was so delicious! The portions were substantial and the coffee was the best. Their Mexican food was so flavorful, sandwiches were super, and the baked goods we took for later were fresh and tasty. The sevice was impeccable! Our server was attentive and personable!!! The patio was gorgeous and welcoming, pet friendly, the art in the restaurant was nice, roomy place with great tables and chairs not tight booths. We loved this place!!! Wish it was in my city we would be regulars!!! Book a table now

We haven't been to Daily Grind in many years. We just don't get over here often. The food was good, flavorful and served hot. I really like their menu. They have unique combinations. The cafe has a lot of art on the wall and is very open and airy with indoor and outdoor seating. Service was good. Our server was very busy so it took a little longer for drink refills. He was very nice and friendly. Bathrooms are clean too. Definitely recommend them but be patient. They are definitely popular. I was a little disappointed their limited baked goods. In the past (like 5+ years ago) they had this Carmel cake that was amazing!

Another beautiful fall day in central New Mexico finds the boys from the VA creative writing group at another local favorite. Join Tom Neiman and a few of his besties, enjoying themselves with various food orders. It is worth visiting this fine establishment. Watch the trailing YouTube video link to see what we ate and raved about. An interesting atmosphere and excellent service are complemented by the Daily Grind's ample parking lot. Try them you won't regret it. [hidden link]

Big selection of coffee drinks. After I ordered an Americano I kinda wished I had gotten a Dirty Chai. Next time. Good service. The portions are really big. Got the Breakfast Burrito David's Style, cheistmas. Wasn't too big a fan of their red chile, I'll get green only next time. Big dining hall type atmosphere. Local art on the walls.

Service C Got water. Came back and took our drink order, iced tea. Didnt ask if we were ready to order food, we were. Back and forth looking over at us 3x. Ran some food though 2 others were running food. Wasn't busy an hr before closing. Cleanliness F DISGUSTING...like shocking Real bummer. Used to be so much nicer. Book a table now

Very nice eatery with ample space to brunch the day away. Great parking with even better service. Try the avocado toast with a couple eggs on top to really get the protein burst you deserve.
