Incredible Chicken Wings In old a Buffalo neighborhood near an old Chevy Plant right by the Niagra river We tried 12 different Kinds of a menu of 52 different kinds. The Chef Cook brought us complimentary Mango Habanero wings which were one of our favorites along with peanut butter and jelly wings and chipotle bbq , You can't go wrong with any of them. The blue cheese is amazing too Better than any blue cheese I've ever had and each basker of 5 or 12 wings comes with celery to dip You have to try many kinds they are all fun and wonderful to taste . Basically just wings and fingers, the menu was somehow even SLIMMER than before. Very very small place so be ready to bump elbows and exchange awkward comments with the regulars from the neighborhood. The extensive sauce flavor list is the reason to come here. Drink selection is also fairly limited-just cans of the basics. No sours or craft beers.
Ok, so you have a staff that's friendly, the crowd is down to earth people and oh my God the food is outstanding. Wait until you see the over 25 different sauces for the big, perfectly cooked, delicious wings.
