We stayed here for the weekend and the staff made us feel very welcome on arrival. The rooms were clean and spacious with all the facilities you need. We had dinner on our first night and it was delicious, the staff were attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this pub. We have just had lunch from the specials menu and it was the best meal my wife and I have had in a long time. The location is super, the building is smart, modern and welcoming. The staff are friendly and efficient and the food has never been anything other than superb on any of the several visits we have made to the Devonport. Service: 5 Location: 5
Really great pub, a very nice menu, and food was beautiful. Its definitely more of a gastropub which is exactly what I wanted. Service was really nice and the staff were lovely with my two children, nice to have colouring pencils and an activity sheet which kept them entertained, the children also really enjoyed their meal. Service was very slow considering how few people there were there, and the food was underwhelming. I don’t think we’ll be back.
