Went during the Memorial Day weekend. The food was unimpressive, to say the least. However, we were more interested in our company and conversation. In that, we were very pleased. We sat undisturbed for over 3 hours. Our waiter, Casper, was very friendly and most accommodating. Next get together we may go back because of the service. If you are more interested in the food than the service, go to a real diner more menu choices and the food tends to be better. Caveat they have a better wine list than a diner.
Had a great night at Dinerbar on account of our excellent server, Kasper! Very friendly, polite and attentive. Got the Holy Mac and Cheese burger, which was HUGE and came with fries for under $20 – great value! Overall very happy that this wasn’t the average go-hum diner experience.
I order takeout lunch from them all the time and they are great. Dining there is even better!
Food here is always good but still had to wait almost 10 minutes even with a reservation.
