Decided to patronize this establishment even after reading a lot on negative comments about the staff, the food is mediocre but I experienced first hand the NASTY DISGUSTING attitude first hand. My wife and I went to get food, I 'm none Spanish speaking, she 's bilingual spanish as second language, I proceed to place my order in english, the person taking my order had such a bad attitude and processed to start speaking to another employee along side him in Spanish I 'll speaking us. My wife caught on to what they were saying and decided to call him out on it, his response was if you speak Spanish why would you order in English only then when he noticed that she can understand and speak Spani...
Cashier is RUDE and TERRIBLE customer service!!!!! I ordered delivery and was missing an item. i called in to complain and was never given an apology just “are you coming back or no!” The price i pay for something i order all the time changes depending on who is behind the register! I was hung up on as i’m trying to explain that i am never charged this particular price for the same time i order almost every other day! I will NEVER spend another Penny in this place ever again!!! The manager is even worse!!!
This is undoubtedly one of the best Dominican restaurants in New York. The staff is consistently friendly, always greeting customers with a big smile. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The food is outstanding, with everything prepared with care and top-notch ingredients. The portion sizes are generous. Everything about this place makes me eager to return. I highly recommend it!
I order Carne Guisada here regularly on Saturday nights. Although prices have increased, this dish is good and plenty! Their Chicharron is sometimes a bit dry, but I don 't order much of that and I haven 't tried other dishes. I give it 5 stars for my personal experience. Staff is pleasant and the place is always busy.

Rude staff!!! They change the prices all the time depending on if your spanish or not! I questioned why i got charged differently and the rude woman hung up in my face!! I will never spend a dime here ever again! Ive been coming here since they first open and they are rude with ZERO customer service!!!!
Food was excellent. Service was great. Stopped in for lunch found prices fair, plenty of choices, big servings, but most importantly the food was delicious and authentic. It’s a little easier to communicate if you know Spanish but they try their best and the language of food transcends it all.
