I booked the hire area of the pub for my husband's 40th and Vicki has been so helpful from the booking, through to the event itself. On the night, Vicki was attentive and delivered great service and lovely food that everyone was really happy with. It's a great venue, perfect for families and really well ran. We wouldn't hesitate to book with them again and will be returning soon. Thanks Vicki and all the team for making it a very special evening!
I'm happy to report that after a change in management, the Duck Inn is now a charming establishment with a great ambiance. The prices have been significantly lowered to match other pubs. Previous customers who had a negative experience with the previous owners have returned, and new customers have also started coming in. I have yet to try the food, but I have a feeling it will not disappoint.
I visited this restaurant about a month ago and found that the service was very slow. The food was not particularly impressive and the portion sizes were small.
The new lady owner has already made a positive impact on the restaurant.
