we were here some paints and had mostly good experiences. Unfortunately, our recent experience was incredibly disappointing and about the areas of acceptable behavior (only good customer service). we were a small group and until the meals were served, the customer service was good. one of the meal times our table ordered was far below standard. it was unusable. So of course we asked ourselves to order something else. that is when the waiting staff became defensiw, paragliding and snide. this attitude continued until we were gone. after my complaint at the management, the rectification promises were made. nothing, zip, zilch came from her desire to see happy customers. here's the review. the service yesterday in the dining room was appalling the restaurant manager and the two servers did not their specific jobs, but did every job. the look of the bow was very remarkable the staff did not smile even during the time we were in the restaurant, there were no vulnerabilities associated with the reception or with the service. we felt we were a job for the staff because we were there. one of our guests ordered a glowing wine when we sat, two follow-up investigations were made...more

Truthfully, there’s not a lot of choice if you want to grab a quick meal before going to a show at the Seymour Centre. So, I was intrigued to try the Duck Inn Pub, which has excellent ratings on Zomato, and specialises in duck, which I love. I’m pretty sure I had a casual meal here back when it was the Duck and Swan, and it was transformed under new owners maybe a year and a half ago. There’s a lively bar on one side, an outdoors space in the back and restaurant seating on the other side, with lots of room between the tables.

this is a dog-friendly pub for all dog lovers and dog owners the rating was reduced from four to three because eating was always delivered. I had the pappardelle with duck warehouse. the aromen were really beautiful and there were crispy texture. it was not very hot but the pasta has put together a lot

Our first time here everything was great , tried the duck share plate , it was delicious , wasn't the biggest duck fan but it changed my view on it , love the fact we were able to have our puppy with us as the place is dog friendly !! Over all great environment for everyone!!
