We held a funeral wake in the function room yesterday afternoon. The staff were extremely helpful and set up the room for us just how we wanted. The room is lovely and bright with plenty of room and goes directly out onto the garden which was nice. The food was really good, tasty, fresh, nicely presented and good value for money. Tea and coffee was also provided which was very much appreciated. Thank you for making a stressful day much less stressful!
Been here a few times and I am always impressed by how well run it is. Friendly staff and nice, safe atmosphere. It manages to cater for a lot of different tastes but somehow they have it all working together. It has screens for sports but also bits where you can sit for a quiet pint. Live music and a more party atmosphere on the weekend. Went with my wife and 4yr old lad this weekend for a Sunday roast. Was lovely. Definitely worth a visit!
I've spent a couple of hours at the bar with a friend and we've enjoyed a great selection of beers. The place is very spacious and it has a nice vibe with a car park as well. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Can't say anything about the food as we didn't ate but besides that, everything is been great. Next time I'll definitely have to try the food
This a wonderful Irish pub. Great food and wonderful staff. We turned up without reservation but the hostess was so kind and accommodating absolutely wonderful. The pub has such character and charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the lunch was so delicious, and not to mention sumptuous . Would absolutely recommend a visit Book a table now
I ordered a shared starter as my main dish, and it was fantastic. The beer was on the expensive side, but you definitely get your money's worth. The staff were attentive, and there were televisions everywhere for watching football. The place was spotlessly clean, including the restrooms.
Best 'proper ' pub in town. The staff are all great, always on it, friendly and welcoming. The pub itself has many superb architectural and decorative features. Food is always top rate, plentiful and good value. Live music regular too. Really warm and lively atmosphere in the evenings.
This is a wonderful pub with charming decor and a beautiful outdoor garden. They have comfortable booths and TVs available for entertainment. The beer and snack selection is impressive, and the facilities, including the restrooms, are kept very clean.

One of the worst roast dinners I’ve had out. Had no taste to it potatoes tasted frozen not freash and the roast beef was worse!! Gavy was also like water. Such a shame as I’ve been before and it was completely different such a let down.
