One star for the halfway decent quesadillas. Terrible service. Don't expect to be served if you're a woman. It was laughably ridiculous the great lengths the old dude went to to avoid eye contact with us while catering to the guys. Went here after work while it was quiet and slow, and stood at the bar for five minutes because the bartender (Sean) ignored me only until I'd left the bar area. Was there for two hours with a group of men who were handed menus and tended to by the old dude. Myself and one other woman did not get a menu or even an acknowledgement to see if we wanted anything. Not even a napkin. If you're a man, great service, outstanding. If you're a woman, tough luck, no service...

We visited DC and had lunch and beverages at the Exchange. The service was excellent. Our waiter was really friendly and helpful. The lunch was very good. We ordered two salmon meals and chicken which came out promptly and was very good. The waiter invited us to the rooftop to check out the view. He took photos for us and he was really cool. When we came down from the rooftop. The bartender shared a toast with our group. This place is laid back with good food and good service. Can't wait to go back.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food and service were subpar, and they charge extra for things that should typically be included, like adding cheese to a burger or having barbecue sauce with wings. Their drink prices are also excessively high. I would recommend finding a different place to eat or spend time. I honestly don’t understand how they’re still in business. Additionally, there's a minimum spending requirement if you want to use a credit card here.
I must say, the location was fantastic. Ron and Phil really made us feel at home; they are both incredibly funny. We will definitely return. We asked to watch the Ohio college game, and thankfully, it was on. Although we didn’t eat this time, it looked like most people were enjoying their meals. We'll be back for sure! Book a table now
If you like sitting at the bar, this is the place for you! The bar tender Rob was a sensational conversationalist! Phil was so hospitable and fun! Honestly, they were the highlight of our trip to DC!
What a hidden treasure! The staff here are incredibly friendly, and you can really sense the family-owned vibe. There are plenty of TVs and an awesome jukebox. Plus, they serve fantastic mimosas!
Horrible staff, inattentive and one even said stop wasting my time. I would not recommend anyone to go. The default 20% tip culture in DC doing wonders
