The menu is small but the quality of both the presentation and the taste is impressive. The tuna steak with salad niçoise was flavorful and more filling than expected, with the tuna perfectly cooked. The pork belly was tender and succulent, complemented by crispy crackling. Cocktails come with an enticing 2-for-1 deal from 4 to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. It’s a great spot for lunch or dinner. This was our first quick visit to The Exchange Pub, where we ordered fish and chips and fish pie, paired with a pint of local ale and a fruit cider. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the meal since we were with a coach party. The chips tasted like they had been reheated, and the fish had a yellowish color. However, the pie was delicious, as was the vegetable medley. The men's restroom could use some improvement.
