The food was good, not excellent, but probably as good as any other around this area. The atmosphere was great, retro industrial feel with a touch of farmhouse. The service however was lacking. I don’t think it is all staff, but our server clearly was not loving her job. No friendly smile, no warm greeting, no personality, topped off with an eye-roll when I asked that an item be recooked (which I rarely do, ever) because it was clearly not cooked how I had repeatedly and politely asked it to done. I will likely be back, but will be looking for a different server.
My Farmington Omelet was good, my hashbrowns were crispy, and my French toast has a nice bit of cinnamon, so this was a good breakfast. Service was kinda slow, and my coffee wasn 't refilled till I was almost done eating. UPDATE: My wife I were back here again (maybe once a month these days , and I had another good Farmington omelet and French toast. (Note: French toast her is very eggy and that 's OK with me, but might not be for everyone. Service was better this time, with prompt coffee refills! Overall, still one of the two best places in town for breakfast!
We were staying in town for the night and wanted a place with breakfast and lunch. This place was fantastic! The chicken fried steak was so crunchy and delicious. They cooked my husband's burger to order and he enjoyed it. The staff was crazy busy helping customers but they were doing it with a smile. (And that's hard to find now) Our waitress, Shawna was so kind and attentive. She did an excellent job! It was so nice to be able to sit down and enjoy a meal and feel welcomed.
This is a great small and local place to get an excellent breakfast. The portions are always generous for the prices that you pay. Staff was friendly and timely. This diner is set in an old factory in Downtown Farmington and is great to eat at. Food was also super delicious. 2 people can easily share one of their breakfast entrees the portions are that big.

The management is lacking. If the kitchen can't keep up, then there shouldn’t be a sign saying “seat yourself.” After an hour of waiting, we still have not received our food. We ordered pancakes, a turkey club, and a Philly gyro—none of which are complicated dishes. If the kitchen is overwhelmed, it would be better not to allow customers to seat themselves.

The breakfast burrito was incredibly delicious and much larger than we anticipated. We felt completely satisfied after our meal. We also ordered a side of toast and gravy to share, and we could hardly finish everything.
Awesome service and amazing food! Had been several years since our last visit but everything has stayed spectacular as always.
