Shower of s ! Allowing customers to order food when the place is not even open! Now I have to wait for a refund. I was really hopeful for Fat Pizza- they had rubbish service when they started but seemed to be improving. My daughter loved their food so I persevered for her sake. This is the final straw for me. Nobody's food is so good that they can keep people waiting so long for it, and to allow people to order when the place is shut is unforgivable. Not everybody has the money to order from elsewhere whilst they await a refund- I'm lucky that I do. But its for those who don't that I write this review.
This is NOT for the restaurant, but for the delivery service. We used Fat Pizza over the years many times, as of late the quality of the pizzas have gone down hill, the cost of the pizzas are sky rocketing and we put an order in of £46 and didn't even receive our order, still arguing with Just Eat to get a refund!! This is one customer they have lost, and reading the reviews I can't see them being able to sustain the business. I went to Tesco in the end and bought 6 pizzas, mozzerlla bites and Jalapeno bites, all for under a tenner.......
Generic filth!!! The burgers are absolutely disgusting. Straight from a packet. garlic bread wasn't even the same as in the picture. the buns weren't toasted on the burgers. the chicken wings were pink in the middle. The shakes look ok but I'm throwing them away anyway. End of the day extremely overpriced don't call yourself the fat Burger company and don't even make the fing burgers.
I waited more than an hour and a half for a cold pizza and cold cheesy garlic bread. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. I called 5 times only to be told each time that it was 15 minutes away. Terrible service and awful food. Do not order from this place ever.

We ordered 3 gluten free pizzas for our daughters birthday party. 2.5 hours later. We called back and were told the order had been cancelled, as there were no more gluten free bases. No communication whatsoever. Thanks a bunch Sh*t Pizza.
Do not waste your time! I ordered one of their cookie dough desserts and I regret it. It was cold and the taste was disgusting, like old kebab meat. After one bite, I threw it in the trash because it made me feel sick.
Never used to be this bad. Hardly any topping and extremely overpriced. Was so late arriving and cold by the time it got delivered. Very rude and unhelpful staff . Would never order again
0 is what I would like to leave . Nearly two hours for pizza delivery 5 minutes up the road. No compensation. No customer service. Refused to let us speak to a manager.

The restaurant has declined in quality and we will not be returning. We have been loyal customers for a few years but are disappointed with the recent decline.
ordered the pizza about 2 hours ago and only just got it. The pizza was cold.And when we spoke on the phone was not helpful at all.
