I've been a fig tree customer for years. I love the atmosphere, the personal and of course the eating. it is as if a family had boiled south gurmet meal. everything is tasteful and cooked for perfection. Eat on the deck and drink a delicious cocktail can not beat. also I can almost guarantee that they receive a visit from the cook. he will remember you, and is always remarkable. I love this place and how he's been forever.

absolutely incredible. eating is artistically prepared and the taste is from this world. the brittle sprouts with the miso vinaigrette are one of my favorite dishes of all time. the pig should die for and the squash casrole. the best of all time! the staff is friendly and the cook makes it in the rule a point to make a very nice note with the check-in of the guests.

eating was a plus. entertainment was also excellent: that is to see older people in chic cars who struggle to get out of the tiny parking lot, was such an artistic masterpiece and a tasty. had not seen such a production since the time when I visited wicked on broadway.

Brunch- solidly cooked traditional breakfast items like eggs, bacon, grits and waffles; however, the non-traditional breakfast items like the brussel sprouts and tuna tartare were very overseasoned. I will bet at dinner time those items would have been better prepared.

best local, family-run restaurant in cahaba heights! chef and staff are super friendly! eating is wonderful! always the best time!
