Need to share my experience. Looks clean inside, nice and easy order process. flakes and chips. Ready fairly quick (maybe too quick The chips were hot and crispy. Also seemed to be pretty fresh oul used. So far very good. But in a fish'n'chips...shop the main thing is... the fish. First bite was chewy. Old fish maybe? Continueing it became obvious there was a huge batter and crumb. Easy to get still non cooked flour taste. One of the worst ever taste on fish. Can't judge the cause for this but totally uneatable. Good luck for the shop. But i will not choose this place again
I don't understand the negative reviews here. Maybe the ownership has changed since those comments were made a few years ago. I have been dining here for the past year and have always been impressed with the excellent customer service, fresh ingredients, delicious burgers, crispy battered fish, amazing chunky chips (no soggy chips here), and the consistently high quality of the food. In my opinion, this place is far superior to the other fish and chip shop in the shopping center in Patterson Lakes.
I had been buying fish and chips here for years but since it’s changed to new management sad to say I gave it a few times a try but we are disappointed, the fish either fried or grilled very oily. And they don’t plan to...cook everything the same time so die are LUKE warm. Dims is over cooked. We understand they are new but after going back a few times and not ending up eating everything was a waist of money for us. Also need to keep prep areas cleaner
This restaurant serves the best Fish and Chips in the area at an affordable price. Although there may have been a change in ownership in the last two years, the quality remains consistently good. I find myself coming back here often for my Fish and Chips fix.

Best Fish and Chips in Patterson Lakes. Friendly staff and are always friendly and prepare Fish and Chips in the way that it should be prepared. I always love their Grilled Flake. Always happy to come back for me.
We regularly visit this restaurant on Friday nights. The fish and chips are excellent and reasonably priced. It can get very crowded during the summer. We are always happy to return for more.
From really good to so bad! There has been a gradual slide in quality, if I order fish then give it not fried batter and very little old fish. Give it a miss until they get back on track
We just got some chips for dinner, many of them had black lines through and the rest tasted like they were five days old. Do not recommend
