First of all, the coffee and food here are just fantastic, and I’m pretty sure everyone in Hove knows it because it’s always busy (pre Covid). The sandwiches are definitely a treat because they’re quite expensive, but they’re worth paying a little extra. My only...gripe is that they have a ‘paws on the floor’ policy, which I understand to some extent but other cafes are more relaxed and don’t seem to have any problems. It makes coffee with friends a bit less laid back so I tend not to visit as much as I do other coffee shops.
Really nice modern wood paneled pub, out of the way between the main road through Hove and the sea. It has a beautiful garden and excellent food we had lobster linguine and I had rump steak. The desserts were the real treat, treacle tart with ice-cream and candied walnuts and a really good cheese board with Brighton blue, charcoal cheddar, mature cheddar and a range for classy cheese biscuits. We worth a visit
A beautiful, huge, flower filled patio; the tastiest menu I've tried in a long while served by attentive and professional staff- what more could you ask for. We passed a couple of lovely hours lunching at leisure here and really felt we could have stayed all day.....but life gets in the way sometimes! Well recommended.

I come here every time I’m in the area for the best vegan pastries, delicious, creative sandwiches, good coffee, friendly service and a loaf to take home. Can’t recommend enough, great food and great service, reasonably priced
Great spot for a drink loved the beer garden. We would of had a meal here but we had already eaten only stubble across this place on our way back to our hotel. We will definitely go back when in the area for a meal.
love this place! many seats in the open in their garden or cozy corners in the inner as well. been for only drinks but also for sunday (definitely would recommend). make sure they book.
The staff are really friendly … The food is very tasty … What more can you ask for !! Definitely worth a visit, nice seat outside to watch the world or can sit inside too

We all loved this restaurant for our Sunday roast. The setting was lovely, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning soon.
It is uncommon for me to discover a restaurant that functions so effectively that I cannot think of any improvements. This place is indeed one of those rare gems.
