I came here about six years ago. I'm uncertain if the same staff works here, but I was only 17 at the time and in a homeless home and my 15 years old brother lived with me. we were both in training and I literally had no opportunity to feed him. I came here to share a bag of chips for us (our only meal of the day) and since it was near the closing time of the chip shop gave us loads of free means of life. they were not aware of my situation, but it is something I will always be grateful for.
We stopped at this restaurant for some fries on our way home after hiking up The Wrekin. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and it was great value for money. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area again.
The Flying Fish, fish and chip shop in Dawley High St is top quality for anything you would want for a takeaway supper. This is a local business run by local people and you can clearly see that from the atmosphere created by the staff. The food is top quality.
I think they go to chips and donna meat with sweet chili sauce and not to please. thunder meat is always boiled after it shave by so they get some crispy pieces. flvery friendly service Book a table now

Always friendly. Been using this chippy for over 30 years. Nice to go in and see same staff and get the same service. Do wish we could pay by card though.
to work in the opposite way, so we showed up the road to lunch. the flying fish has very nice eating and friendly staff. I would recommend it to everyone
