Restaurants in bars have long since blown the stigma of 'Pub Grub' and have developed with the changing requirements of his consumers. The Flynn - Table reservation
2A Bligh Street, CBD, Sydney, NSW, 2000, Australia Reservation"Below average food and staff. The staff we encountered weren't attentive or friendly. You felt like you are bugging them every time you order or want to be seated. $13 for Gin & Tonic. Roasted beetroot salad where beetroot wasn't roasted but pickled/canned and fridge cold. When pointing it out no interest whatsoever. We wont be back even though their sweet potato fries were delicious."

We have been frequenting this establishment for 2 years had some highs and some lows but the last week I went there with a colleague and we ordered two Wagu Burgers without the bun we had to repeat our order 3 times finally the meal arrives and it is 2 chicken burgers with said bun. Told them thats not what we ordered and reordered. A young man whom we assumed was the manager came over and questioned us he was very condescending and confronting. Not a nice experience at all. Today 3 of us decided to go there for lunch we ordered separately and paid separately but on the same table number. Out comes one meal then a few minutes later another and I had to wait another 10minutes I question...

The Flynn is a nice place for after work drinks and dinner and has improved noticeably compared to the last visit (about a year ago). Our entree was garlic bread which was buttery and obviously garlicky - a great start. Main consisted of lamb shoulder, chips and seasonal greens. The lamb was very tender and fell apart easily as we carved. The side of gravy added some nice depth of flavour to the dish. I really enjoyed the chips - they were light yet had a nice crunch that I love to see in my chips. Seasonal greens were as you'd expect from vegetables. A nice addition but nothing stand-out. Our dessert was a salted caramel chocolate tart with biscuit crumb, caramel popcorn pieces an...
The bar out front is always packed, but the restaurant was quite rely than we arrived for dinner. The food was a few notches above the average pub grub that was a pleasant surprise. I was after some lights and the rocket salad with quinoa, goat cheese and roast chicken fulfilled the letter. Has not really tuned the balsamic dressing, but the cheese delivered enough aroma. We also ordered the separate fries and the Ceviche to share. I loved the salmon Ceviche with Avocado and would like to order for myself next time. I had a piece of the duck pizza of my friend and enjoyed the well-known aromas of the Beijing duck on a thin pizza base. Another friend ordered the beef, which was rarely cooked...
Lunch - beautiful casual atmosphere, many suits (minus ties and a lot of relaxed) with races, sports on screens, with good music, with which you do not scream when you speak. Wednesday $ 13 lunch item is a great deal. Chicken schnitzel, salad and chips. Chicken was bulging, golden and oh so fabulous juicy. Delicious. One thing I am to improve my programs is the $ 2 to add a standard sauce - no big question, except a small ramekin with about 4-5 el - but credit, where it is due, was the sauce very nice. It was just not quite enough for the size of the meal - that could only be my personal pref on spices! Otherwise very nice.
Excellent service and delicious food. A short walk from Martin Pl Station used a groupon voucher for a brunch deal. Choosed truffle Bruschetta and when it came out, WOW the moment. Poached eggs on roasted bruschetta with crisp prosciutto. Egiersholk is still ongoing and the Prosciutto was very crisp. Would recommend to come here. (I was stopped to pay extra for the coffee, although it was clearly part of the deal after I finished my meal) Book a table now
Pushing pass at the Friday night drinker we found a cozy dining area inside, excluded from the crazy outside. We ordered both the traditional menu and the burger menu. The truffle burger with fried mushrooms was definitely unforgettable, but the pork belly comes out another step for me. Delicious crispy skin with soft tender meat and sprinkle of the source above. Ummmmm. Hunger only think about it!
