I dont know what I expected regarding the food, but I expected a little more. I know people really like this place but it's really just ok. The service is outstanding. I can't debate that at all. But the food was merely ok. Well this is for me anyway. We had roja and Verde salsa, and white queso. My wife loved her queso, but the salsas were not great I've had better. The roja salsa was decent with a very slight kick. The Verde had an odd taste to me that I couldn't take. It seemed to be to much lime or cilantro in it. We did have entrees. I had the 3 fajita steak tacos with a side of rice. The tacos were really good. They seasoned everything in those tacos. The rice was heavy on the lime and...
The Fold is one of our favorite places because it’s always reliably good. Their habanero cheese dip is the best, and adding bison makes it even better. The steak burrito is our favorite thing on the menu, but seriously everything is tasty. I always like to try their rotating frozen cocktail, and you can’t go wrong with any of their margaritas. The staff are so friendly and accommodating too! It’s a weekly staple for a reason!
If you are looking for authentic Mexican food this is not the place. Food was subpar very sweet and not seasoned very well at all. Chips were good both salsa (green&red) were sweet and not seasoned at all. Guacamole was okay the cheese dip was okay. If you're looking for a different take on Mexican food try it out, I personally will not be back.
Place is ok. 5 out of 10. As a Mexican I can say this is nothing Mexican related more of Tex-mex. Food had good flavor. the tacos tortillas were warm not hot little saggy. I consider this place as American taste. So if you are looking for a good atmosphere and cool place this is the place to go.

Not the traditional Mexican food. More like upscale. I had the steak taco and the catfish taco. Really good. My husband had the tamales. Kinda pricey for the portions. Wait staff is super friendly and the place has cool vintage decor.
The nachos are very soggy due to the cheese dip that is poured all over it. Nachos should be made with grated cheese. In addition the cheeses dip itself was runny and cold.
Great service and the food was delicious! It was a busy Friday night but they did not miss a beat! Will definitely return when I am in town!
Great tacos! Queso was excellent and the drinks especially peach margarita and jalapeño margaritas were great! Service was pretty good.
