Service was appalling, especially as the restaurant was not even half full on a Saturday night. Staff were not attentive and were just standing around chatting to each other, it took over 20 minutes to ask if we wanted a drink and then longer for them to bring it out leaving the wine on the side to get warm. We were not asked if we were happy with the food or if everything was ok. Food was mediocre tasted like it came out of a jar would not have put the price tag on the food we had. Would not recommend to anyone and will never be coming back.
Unfortunately, the restaurant did not have any of the wine from our initial order and only had one bottle of our second choice, which was too warm. After placing our order, we were informed that one of our three starters was unavailable. Additionally, we noticed people walking through the restaurant carrying takeaway pizza, apparently from the hotel gym. To make matters worse, there was a pool table nearby, creating distracting noises from both the balls and the players.
Poor service, inattentive waiting staff who brought the wrong drinks, forgot things that had been requested, and had to be prompted to bring parts of the meal they'd forgotten. Service also very slow despite restaurant being quiet. Vegan roast was brought with Yorkshire puddings made with milk. We didn't stay for final course as it was taking far too long. Shame because we had good meals here a year or two ago when it first opened.
Our group of four friends had a great experience at the restaurant. The service was incredibly friendly, and the food was of very high quality. We were pleased to find a wide variety of plant-based options on the menu, and the two of us who chose the vegan dishes were not disappointed at all.

I wish I’d know this restaurant is actually in a hotel. Quite disappointed when the taxi dropped us off. Felt like we were eating in the lobby. Food was good and nice to have a pool table for the children but in a random part of town and just not what we were hoping for.
very pleasant place the waiters friendly but did not always listen. Food good but not special. A nice place to have a meal away from home but perhaps not for the special occasion we were planning. The environment was bright and functional
We enjoyed a relaxing drink at the bar before savoring a delicious meal. The service was consistently good. Overall, it was a wonderful evening. Thank you!
The food was generally good, but the waiter forgot my salad! The room could have been warmer, especially since it was a very cold evening.
