This posted review is quite unjustified. I was dining on the day in question and was unfortunately aware of the quite inappropriate behaviour of these two persons which was offensive and showed no respect to fellow customers, staff and the Owners. It is quite irrelevant whether such lewd behaviour is between two females, two males or a male and female. What you do in private is entirely your choice but when your behaviour advsesely effects others in a public place you should re think your priorities..
I love going to the forge. I feel very well listening to the music they put, talking is very nice, the food is good and is fun, know advice, there is a good choice of wines to choose, they are very friendly and attentive and ultimately, although I live far, I often go and deserves the shame. If you have a lot of time, you can take a walk around the house which is also a very attractive city.
We went recently for the Sunday roast. A gorgeous place, great service from everyone. Food really nice, well cooked beef and veggies and roasties. However, I THINK the Yorkshire’s were frozen and the gravy was instant. I can’t confirm this as I didn’t ask. Puddings were delicious.
