I waited half an hour to order and receive my food at the chicken place, even though there were only three people ahead of me. The young man working there seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. He spilled my mashed potatoes and gravy to the point that it was leaking everywhere, and then thought it would be a good idea to transfer it into another container upside down—who eats mashed potatoes and gravy like that? I had to remind him three times that I was still waiting for my mac and cheese, even though they had a full new pan available. To make matters worse, they forgot to include my iced tea in the to-go bag and only provided one set of silverware for two people.
