After dining here we checked our credit card the following day and the waitress added a $10 extra tip. We called and politely asked for it to be refunded and were scolded for the amount tip we left. She said they would fix it when the manager gets there. We called later that day after not receiving the money back and she said the manager would process it the following day by 11am since its a 24 hour thing (sure) Fast forward to the following day and its still not fixed. We called again and they got very hostile and rude.
I brought my mother here for her 96th birthday. It was the first time this waitress waited on us. She was new i think her name was Angie. She was the kindest, sweetest waitress I've had at The Gallery thus far. She went out of the way to make sure my mom had everything she wanted the way she wanted it. I will definitely be back.
Had dinner at The Gallery Restaurant for the first time. The food, once we got our order, was problematic. Don't know what took so long, but items were either cold or only arrived once we asked about them multiple times.
Had a great late breakfast with not too much of a crowd (no wait).It's also a hidden gem!Nice to meet David! Parking: Great parking lot in the back of the plaza!
