Pleasant Witherspoon. Food is good standard and we didn't have to wait long for food. Staff very pleasant. Location is centre of Sandbach town. We had meal mid afternoon and wasn't too pleased...jacket potato wasn't great, very hard skin, felt as if cooked and reheated several times,and chips my friend had were very dry and we left majority. Had breakfast before this last visit and all was ok...very basic but was extremely busy Atmosphere.
It's a very handy place to pop in and have a cup of tea and sometimes have my breakfast there very understanding as have a Diability .very polite,helpful And pleasant .staff are always rushd off their feed ..
10th July No Chilli No Carne even though it was listed as a NEW item No Bangers and Mash Naan bread too hard to eat on Chicken Jalfrezi Coffee machine only dispensing half cup of latte No straws for drinks
First time in the George and it was a great experience, lovely staff, great decor, clean toilets nice food for the family. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would go back again. Book a table now
struggled to park, but we found a spot near menu as expected using the app may help, but did not have it not a issue food looked good menu prices are what to expect would go again
The food is ok, pretty cheap and I like the fact you could go in your pajamas and no one would bat an eye.
Average spoons . Service very hit n miss.. Cask beers not always up to much.Sorry no improvement of late.
