Absolutely Brilliant. Walked in withy 2 year old son and were immediately made to feel right at home. The staff were excellent, tentative and friendly from the off. Never waited too long for a drink or our food. The food was brilliant the Coffee was great. The kids burger was genuinely really tasty and the fries ate excellent quality. My Fried cammembert was perfect too with Cranberry sauce sided by an orange, pomegranate and peashoot salad! Would absolutely recommend especially if waiting for someone at an appointment at the Hospital. Did get very busy though so may need to book some times.
Nice friendly atmosphere definitely achieved the bistro effect with decor simply and clean . Food very good tasty presented well with generous portion sizes , my friend and I had the tagine which was really tasty melt in the mouth lamb perfused with spices , would highly recommend. Our friends tried the curry, chicken and beef bourgouignon although the beef was a little on the tough side she enjoyed the taste again very generous portions . Overall a lovely night with good service nothing too much trouble would highly recommend would give a score of 9 out of 10 .
I recently visited Walker Bistro for an early birthday celebration with my friends, and it was a delightful experience. The hidden gem of a restaurant was welcoming and the staff, John and James, were friendly and funny. The food was amazing and everything tasted fresh. The highlight of the night was when they surprised me with a free brownie and a candle for my birthday. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back soon!
My first time here, but definitely not my last. The ambiance is lovely, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch, all at a reasonable price. Overall, a fantastic experience. We began with the Moroccan fishcake appetizer, and for our main course, I had the fish of the day with a wonderful orange sauce, while my wife enjoyed the meatballs. Everything was highly recommended.

I felt that the restaurant was a little crowded and would feel safer if the tables would spread out more/they had taken out a few tables. only 1 unisex toilet, which led to a pretty waiting queue in a narrow area, each felt not particularly safe again in the instant. want to visit them again if less busy.

I was lucky they where able to fit us in at 5pm on Saturday. Food was good. We were in a rush but the service was fantastic. Will defiantly be heading back there with more time (and remembering to book in advance)

Very clean. Staff very pleasant. Knowing that you wait a short while before meal is served, you can be sure it is freshly cooked. I opted for a small Bistro breakfast really enjoyed it, no grease on plate!
