Absolutely unbelievable. The room is beautiful, with great attention to detail - all from the bar to the seat of the artwork is just beautiful. We shared 5 plates between two people for web and 1 dessert and were very full and happy. The food was just amazing, especially the Wallaby Tartare (the absolute star of the night), the oyster mushrooms and the white chocolate and the Yuzu-quark. Absolutely great opportunity for a special night. Will definitely return to a cocktail during the day to estimate the view.
Nice location directly on the water and an exquisite menu. Great mix of aromas that use local products. The service was brilliant and the waiter recommended a perfect wine to complement the food.
If you are after a high end dining experience on a fairly decent price tag that offers some of the best views in Hobart then The Glass House is a must.
