We often order crispy smelt to go from this restaurant, and it's simply the best! It's so crispy that it remains delicious even the next day. We dined in for the second time last night, and all the dishes we tried were authentically Chinese and incredibly tasty. We ordered the Hong Kong steak and Kung Pao chicken, both perfectly cooked with a lovely balance of flavors and spice—not overwhelming at all. The Yang Chow fried rice was also delightful, and the salt and pepper chicken was a pleasant surprise.
