I went out with my family for a birthday celebration with a large group of us. It was a last-minute decision, so the staff seemed a bit surprised, but they still accommodated us and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience. The manager on duty, who I think was named Charlie, made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed for our reservation. She was always ready to answer any questions we had and was able to quickly address any issues that came up. Despite being busy, she made sure we were well taken care of. We are very grateful for her excellent service!
We were served by Ann-Marie. She was lovely and helpful. She went through the menu with us and told us the best day to come for the grills which my daughter loves. Very attentive. The food was really nice. A nice atmosphere, great disabled facilities. As a wheelchair user I appreciate this a lot. Really nice venue to take you family. Ann-Marie was very attentive and knew her job well. We look forward to our next visit.
Absolutely superb bunch of folks with amazing service quality. Food is also pretty decent and quick. We visited the the place to watch champions league game and Megan Ann Marie and Sam made the night so special for us . Really decent beers with decently priced food and superb service . Every time we visit this restaurant, Ann-Marie serves us and she is always amazing! She truly stands out with her positive and cheerful attitude, even if something isn't going well that day. She always manages to make the place brighter and goes above and beyond to make us feel valued. She is a real asset to the team.
