I needed to ask for the table to be wiped down after the hostess picked up trash off the table and then proceeded to just put menus on top of the dirty table. Pool table was broken, needed to keep asking the hostess to unlock to get the q ball, then my husband gave her cash and a card for the bill, telling her to put the rest in the card. She came back, telling us she assumed the cash was for her and she put the whole bill on our card, leaving herself over a 50 percent tip! We should have called her on it but she's super pregnant and we felt bad, but ridiculous!!
Their food was average but the service and atmosphere were horrible. I waited 30 minutes for my order to be taken because the waitress was talking to her coworkers. Then waited 45 minutes to receive my food and by the time I got it it was cold. I wouldn't recommend this site for decent service or a hot meal. Parking: They are located inside Harford Mall so there is plenty of parking.
Food was entirety too salty. Television in our booth was broken. Food took quite a while to get to our table considering there were only 5 people in the restaurant. We asked for bowls of soup we were given cups. Seats were torn up on both sides of our booth. Very pricey for a pool hall.
Don't sleep on Greene Turtle in Bel Air! Everything we ordered was very good (crab dip, apple pecan salad, chili, funnel fries), drinks were excellent and our server Brendan was very attentive. We hadn't been there in a few years but plan on making it a regular stop in the future.

Very nice place, incredible experience with the service, very attentive, they have varied options in terms of food and drinks, and the wings are always a plus. The atmosphere is very pleasant and it has clean and very cozy facilities. We will be back!
Called to find out the hours on Memorial Monday, only to be told the time as it depends . On what? I asked: we may close early . OK, what time? I don 't know, maybe 9, it depends Needless to say, I 'm going somewhere else
