second visit as eating is very nice, steaks cooked to perfection! only the complaining this time was that our head arrived when I swallowed my last mouthful of my prawn cocktail. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat all my head since I was so full because we didn't get a break in curses. Starter main eating within 45 minutes, but visiting the last only over 2 hours as service then slowed down straight up as it began to get busier! that said it was still a pleasant meal.
We arrived at 8 o'clock and waited 20 minutes for a server to come to our table. After that, we waited another hour for our starters to arrive. Meanwhile, another table that had ordered after us received their mains before us. To make matters worse, they were out of the steak my son wanted for his birthday, as well as the dish I had my heart set on. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
I just wanted the lobster. it was not told a lobster or chicken breast, but then half an hour later lobster and huh was brought out for another customer. asked why we were not told lobsters and chicken breasts and the waitress had no idea why, as I said, she was not told and said that there was lobster and huh all the time. that was disappointed.
Food as usual was amazing. Fillet steak a little under done to my liking so asked for it to be flashed on the pan for an extra minute. It was thrown away and a fresh piece cooked. Some would say excellent customer service. I saw this as a complete an unnecessary waste of food. Book a table now
overall the meal was ok. in chipboards for starter and had to ask for cutlery. I would return, probably not because there are many other places to eat with such good or better food for more reasonable prices.
The restaurant itself is beautiful, the staff were very attentive, we had a lovely meal for our daughters 40th birthday, everything was just perfect
