The Guesthouse in Vienna is one of our favorite breakfast spots in a city that excels at breakfast the best breakfast culture in Europe right now. Booking is critical like many breakfast favorites in Vienna. If you do, you are rewarded with excellent food...that runs the spectrum from a traditional Austrian breakfast with very high quality ingredients to creative egg dishes. Coffee is of course perfect. The atmosphere is a bit nicer than many other establishments more upscale bistro. We did not have a chance to enjoy dinner here but the dinner menu also appears strong
We stumbled by this place when looking for a quick dinner on our day of arrival. Place was very nice and tidy, small menu of maybe main dishes which I appreciate rather than having larger menus of items. The food was good, maybe...a bit on the pricy side for a Rib Eye with a side of beet root and potato dippers The desserts on the other hand was absolutely delicious, also comes at a price of each but definitely worth sharing one if you are on a budget or getting one each and just enjoy it
This is an excellent restaurant, and right in our hotel! We dined here twice for breakfast and once for supper. We also came back to the hotel after a concert and stopped in the restaurant for dessert before going to our room. The service is...superb, the menu is fantastic. Since I don't drink coffee for breakfast I enjoyed their varied selection of teas. Their breads and pastries are all delicious and fresh
We stopped here to get a coffee, but got the impression we were not that welcome as everyone else seemed to be eating. The food looked great but a glance at the menu showed it was not that cheap. Nice decor though and quick service
