I called before our reservation to ask if we can bring our own bottle wein. they told us that we could and that we would be accused of a corking charges that were expected. When we arrived with our bottle, we were told that they wouldn't open it because they sold it there. I'd understand if I called earlier, they would have said that, they set us up fast. eating was very good. the pasta in the wheel was my absolute favorite thing that I ate. we ordered a bottle of wine at the end, which was also good. there were only two stands in the lady room and one was ordered. the service was decent until we finished. we didn't tell them dessert and we wanted the bill and it took 35 minutes to get it. The ambience is very nice and we may have enjoyed it more if the servers were not so frantic about getting people out of their tables immediately after their main course, we saw this with several tables. One server was so frantic he spilled drinks on a guest one table over. Management did come over and apologize but it was too late. It seems that there is some miscommunication between the management and the servers. The food and drinks were good and the presentations were phenomenal. The entertainment after 11pm is a must see!
we had the best experience at the h! from ambiente, eating to the attentive staff it was an amazing and unforgettable dinner service. our waiter, john was incredibly knowledgeable and made wonderful recommendations. we can't wait for a future visit soon.
Okshana was a phenomenal waitress. Everything came out quick and fresh and because it was our anniversary she showed us lot of love, Thank you so much to the G family and Okshana for making my first experience worth it.
