My family and I were visiting from out of town and needed to find a place to eat. We decided to take a chance on this restaurant. The service at the counter was good, but there were some issues with our order. We ordered two kids meals with grilled cheese and fries, as well as a veggie burger and fries for myself. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up and they forgot to make the grilled cheese, so the rest of our order sat for a while before they corrected the mistake. By the time we received our food, the grilled cheese was barely melted and everything else was cold. There were no apologies or acknowledgment of the mistake. I have been visiting this restaurant for years without any problems, but today I had a terrible experience. I ordered a Basil Pesto Chicken Sandwich and nearly finished it before noticing something disgusting on the bread. I am not sure what it was, but it made me feel sick. It seemed to be mold or something else, and it was stuck to the bread. I took some pictures to show how gross it was. Unfortunately, I can no longer eat at this restaurant.
The food is good here. It's fast food, but it's high end fast food. I think it's better than the big names in fast food. My rating is compared to other fast food, not high end restaurants, with that I'll say it again, the food here is good. The service is good, the staff is friendly, and the price is reasonable. If you want some good fast food, here or one of their other locations are a great choice. You can dine in, or take out.
It was pretty standard for a burger place, the seating/furniture/decor was the most remarkable part of the experience, can't remember much else. A bit sad considering the word of mouth or hype I came away with. Maybe there's a burger that defines the place, but no one who ate at my table had it. I would put it somewhere between a whopper from a good burger King and a burger from 5 guys on a bad day

The burger and fries were great. I would have given them 5 stars, but the employee behind the counter wouldn't give me a lid for my medium drink. She said the lids were only for take-out orders, which confused me since they had large lids for the fountain drinks, but not for medium ones.
The restaurant was unable to complete orders as requested. Customers should be prepared for missing items such as bacon, even if they paid extra for it, as well as basics like napkins and a straw for drinks. (Note: the menu indicates whether these items are included or not)
The parmesan garlic fries are a joke and waste of money. It is regular fries that they sprinkled parmesan on top, there was no hint of garlic involved. The crispy chicken was extra crispy-it was extremely hard to chew.
Not only did I wait 20 minutes to get two burger. It came with with so much burnt flakes I could hardly eat it. When I told the manager she just say it was normal and walked away.
