I hadn't been to this location in quite some time, and during lunchtime, it wasn't very crowded. My order was accurate and beautifully presented, but I noticed it seemed to have lost some of its charm since before the pandemic. I did have a minor issue with my double cheeseburger; halfway through, I discovered that one of the patties was missing half of it. So, I ended up with a burger that had only one and a half patties instead of two. On a positive note, the fries were delicious, and the tropical tea was just as excellent as I remembered. It appears they may need a little more time to regain the original quality I experienced when they first opened.

I'm really disappointed! We used to enjoy dining here. The other day, we ordered lunch to go, but not only was our order incorrect and incomplete, we also discovered mold on the bun. It was so unappetizing! I tried to reach out to inform them, but I didn't receive any response.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The burger was nearly perfect; I say "nearly" because it was slightly smaller than I anticipated. I really loved the onion rings and the spicy beans, which were a delightful surprise. I will definitely be coming back!
Sam is an outstanding cashier—friendly and courteous! Even when there was a mix-up with our order in the kitchen, he kept us updated every step of the way. If he's not already being considered for a management role, he certainly deserves it!
I visited again and was really impressed by the excellent service, so I decided to give it an extra star. On top of that, the tropical iced tea is amazing – it has no added sugar, just pure 100% fruit juices!

I highly recommend ordering the double char with an extra patty! It's absolutely delicious and made without any seed oils!
I haven't been there in some time, but I would definitely prefer just one Whopper with cheese.
